Three of our observers ready to go!
Skill for Life is the Institute of Advanced Motoring (IAM)'s new all-in-one package for people new to advanced rider training. A single payment of £139 includes:
- The IAM book "How to Pass Your Advanced Motorcycle Test"
- "Advanced Driving" the IAMs tri-annual Members magazine
- An initial assessment (carried out by us)
- All Test preparation work (undertaken by us)
- Entry into the Advanced Motorcycle Test
- IAM Associate status, with an automatic upgrade to full Membership of the IAM (upon passing the Advanced Test within 12 months).
- Access to the "Members" area of the IAM website (with details of Members' Events, Membership Services and Special Offers).
CAM's team of observers will then help you train for the test, giving you as many observed runs as you want or need to improve you riding to at least test standard. All our observers are unpaid volunteers and charge nothing for the training, they ask only a few pounds towards petrol on each run.
